Compatible with varying probes 

The DOT is supplied with a 114 mm penetration probe (810-078) with a 1.2-metre stainless steel braided lead. The probe measures temperatures from -50 to 300 °C.

Choose from our range of additional probes designed for the DOT, ChefAlarm, Smoke and Signals thermometers. Options include an oven probe for monitoring oven or BBQ air temperatures and a mini needle probe for small or delicate foods.
