The DishTemp Blue simulates a plate as it’s cleaned and sanitised in a commercial dishwasher, accurately recording the maximum surface temperature at the touch of a single button, eliminating the need for costly and inaccurate test strips and stem thermometers that do not stay in place or record the surface temperature of a plate.

Built to survive daily use in professional kitchens, the DishTemp Blue dishwasher thermometer indicates temperature over the range of 0 to 90 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C.
